Good field personell but poor tracking
I purchased a complete heating and a/c system. I was promised by the sales person that I would receive 3 years of free bi-annual check ups. They have no record of it and will not honor. Feel a bit ripped off. Sales person no longer working there so I'm out of luck. They did offer less, but stil not fair. On the other hand, the field people have been great and took their time and were very detailed.
