It didn't feel very thorough. I wasn't in the basement the whole with the tech when he was servicing the furnace, but he was done in less than 15 minutes from start to finish. The post card that I got said that it was supposed to be a air conditioner and furnace maintenance, but he only serviced the furnace and I feel like he just did the very bare minimum of the furnace. I wasn't all that happy with the service. And then he left everything on, including the heat when he left and it was going to be a 90 degree day. Who does that? That was disappointing.
