I paid $551 to get a new outside faucet put in last July. It worked earlier this week, but today nothing. Upon calling today, I'm told that they will come out and repair, but basically, I'd have to pay the bill unless the install was "their fault." And I'd pay for an initial service call to determine same. Sorry. My old faucet worked since 1972. This should have lasted more than 9 months. Cannot recommend.
