We are batting 50/50
Our first experience with PHS - not good. We were pleased with the customer service resolution.
Our second experience: we were to have 2 technicians out on the same day. One showed, one did not and lied about it.
Someone was supposed to contact me - they never did.
Called back to inform them, spoke to a manger who thanked me for the information and offered to come out himself... but I kind of felt dismissed.
On the plus side the technician that came out who actually showed up was great.
Unsure if I will continue to use, inconsistent service at best, lied to at worst.
