We used A-Pro for our inspection. Jack explained all that he was going to be looking at, gave an approximate time of completion, and when we would receive the report and how everything was categorized. When he was done, he talked to my realtor and I about his findings, and reassured that it would all be in his report. I would highly recommend A-Pro Home Inspection.
