After my house fire I took my rugs to PCS for repair and cleaning. Annette greeted me and took me to Len who appraised the work needed in a thorough and professional way. The quote was reasonable and my rugs were ready the week they promised. My entire experience with everyone at PCS was excellent. Prompt, friendly service was provided throughout the process. When needed, I will take my new, "used" Persian to them for cleaning. I have already recommended this company and will continue to do so. They are excellent!
