The Service Professional did an amazing job for us from telling us about the COVID safety practices put in place to giving us some great tips on carpet care. He was a very personable fellow and was really very thorough in everything he did. He treated any persistent stains carefully and the carpet looks great. We have a fair bit of carpet and he helped us decide where we could focus the majority of the cleaning. We are very pleased with his work and professionalism. I have used PCS for years, am thoroughly satisfied, and highly recommend their service.
