Very pleased with the professionalism of your two men that cleaned our carpets ( I wish I could remember their names). They explained everything they were doing, went over the paperwork and policy on customer satisfaction. They provided me with spot remover and booties to wear while the carpet was drying. I was very impressed with them as well as how well our carpet turned out! Will most definitely recommend PCS! Keep up the good work!
