From the moment your serviceman arrived, the job proceeded in a very professional and polite manor. He
answered a few questions I had regarding the varied
services offered by your company and he certainly
did a lot of steps that other companies do not. I was
impressed by the big air fan which gets the drying off to
a good start. I also liked the fact that he brushed the rug when he was finished to bring the nap back up.
