PCS goes above and beyond your expectations. Professional but personable and takes time if you have questions. We had couch cushions that were old but we loved the love seats. We had them cleaned before but didn't turn out so good, not by PCS but by a cleaner.. John did a fabulous job on them - could not believe the difference. The carpets also looked great. This is a top-notch company!
