We have used PCS a number of times & have been thoroughly impressed with their customer service, professionalism, pricing &, most importantly, their ability to successfully handle extremely tough cleaning jobs with amazing results. The latest cleaning they did for us was on a large, expensive wool rug that had a full glass of red wine spilled on it. There was concern that it would be impossible to get all the stain out but they did their magic & the rug looks amazing! They have also cleaned carpets & furniture for us with the same results. Annette, Randi, Robert & the rest of the PCS team are wonderful to work with & I highly recommend them!
