Our experience with the folks at PCS was over-the-top satisfaction starting right with the first phone call with Len and followed with the assessment with Stacey and followed further with a confirmation of the date and time and finally, the actual carrying out of the cleaning with Jay. All were a pleasure to deal with.
We had the carpets cleaned in several rooms as well as a stairway and our Motorhome/Coach. We had some soil marks that we thought were not going to respond to the process but Jay persisted and the result was outstanding.
PCS is not the cheapest game in town but we were looking for results not price and as usual, "you get what you pay for". We highly recommend their services.
