Stacey Clarke came to provide my Mother with some options for her older carpet - we wondered if it could be stretched and cleaned. Stacey confirmed it was too old (as we suspected) and wouldn't survive the process. HOWEVER, her awesome attitude shone through; she went over and above guiding us with suggestions for next steps. I'm sorry we couldn't use their services but my initial impression of the company yields a high recommendation!
