The entire team from PCS definitely are knowledgeable. They came to my aid after a rent-a-machine fiasco. I'm so happy that they were able to visit the next day. All the staff take the time to really listen to you so that we have great outcomes/results. They are courteous and go the extra mile to protect your home (corners, doorways etc). They leave your home immaculate. This is the only company that I've trusted and have recommended PCS to others.
