My opinion of the company changed after they 'sold' me on a new furnace and AC system (14k). First of all, it DID NOT pass inspection. Then they stopped returning my calls even though they always say they will be sure to have someone call me back ASAP. It's been another week and I am pretty fed up with this company at this point.
The King County inspector told me the inspection failed, not them. They have not reached out to me AT ALL so I called them. They said they needed to have someone call me back again. Guess what! No call!
I have another appointment scheduled fur a duct cleaning which I will be canceling. I was able to get a discount on the cost but do not want to do business with them moving forward.
I appreciate Zach Miller's professionalism and transparency. But that's about it. Would NOT recommend.
