Chris, Doug and an electrician whose name we did not record provided the kind of service we have come to expect from Pacific over the past 10 years - Top Notch. Every individual involved in the purchase and installation of a split area ductless air conditioning unit, was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient when we asked a several questions. The support staff in the office who assisted with appointments & inspections etc. was equally as pleasant to deal with and as efficient. We would have no hesitation recommending Pacific to anyone in need of their services. And to round off our comments we love the product.
