Along with Lori's professionalism, Joey showed up promptly and cleaned my carpets beautifully. My carpets are older and they were quite soiled. However, Joey was able to remove most of all the stains and left my carpets looking fresh and clean. He also left some of the treatment to sit overnight on the heavier soiled areas. When I vacuumed it up in the morning, most of it was gone ( some stains were too set in and tough to remove).

I would recommend Hughes Dry Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning to anyone. They are a cut above the rest!!!!!
