Poor installation
While the installers were amusing to watch and listen to, I was unhappy with the installation. There is glue coming up between the boards all through the house and many of the boards were not tamped down right and are now very noticeable. The price was good. I went from oak to oak and while my original floor had only a few scratches, this floor is scratching a lot. The manufacturer was the same.
