I found WHf online when shopping for a specific engineered hardwood. John Kellman responded to my inquiry immediately. Although he could not find the exact clooring I wanted, we are very pleased with what we ordered and feel it adds more resale value to the house than the one I thought I would like. John was very patient with us without being pushy. We encountered several family crises during this time (requiring us to travel to the northeast several times). When we sent the downpayment from up north, he ordered the flooring and was patient about when it could be put down. When the day finally came to install the floor, he was on the phone with us first thing in the morning to explain how the day should go. As he had told us, Marcio and two other young men arrived and 3 12 hours later our large livingroom (15x20), hallway and bathroom were instaalled! They were polite and explaiined to us each step along the way. The floor has been in for about two weeks now, and so far we have absolutely no problems or complaints. The flooring we had installed was "Anderson's coastal collection... pickle barrel color" Thank you, Wood House floors. It is always a little scary to hire someone you have never heard of, but this time it seems to have been a very good thing.
