So far so good! John met me at the house well outside of business hours and I had the product delivered less than 24 hours later. You beat the lowest price I found by almost a $1.40 a sq ft. John personally delivered the product and met with with my contractors to ensure installation will go as planned. Though the floors are not installed yet - if the product performs as well as the service - I will be more than pleased.
