I am overall pleased with everything and I think the floor looks really nice. The crew was efficient and organized, but as is usually the case with these projects, I'm glad I was around to assess things as they went along. I have nice floorboard in every room in the house, except one, before the new flooring. That floor board had to be adjusted with a saw in order for the flooring to be placed beneath it. I was concerned about how that would turn out. The head guy showed me that he was using a new saw blade, which I appreciated, and he told me it would be "perfect". Well, I may be more picky than most. It's actually fine, but not perfect. You can tell that there was an adjustment made, but maybe there was no way to avoid that. Maybe I'm just aware of it and otherwise it is really not obvious. In the one room where I did not have the nice floorboard, they put in new 5 1/4 " floorboard as a part of the package and that looks great.
