Out of all the places that we have taken our dog Otto, K9 University is definitely the most reliable. I also feel that they are the most cost concious as well which is nice. They treat Otto very well, and when they come to pick him up he does not run away, he seems like he wants to go there which is a good indicator for us. He seems to enjoy going there and that alone is worth 5 stars.
