Review from a former employee

Honestly, clients are better off taking their dogs somewhere else if you're at all concerned about their well-being, and this is coming from a former employee. The facility is FILTHY. There is often dog feces left in the yards with employees neglecting to clean it up, dry dog feces caked onto the metal kennels and is not cleaned before putting new dogs in. Blankets are dirty and the beds aren't cleaned before putting new dogs in. Often times there have been dogs without water in kennels. Urine seen in water bowls once and it had been neglected to be changed. Dogs have been left outside in yards on a hot day without shade. Dead mice EVERYWHERE and in places where staff are obviously passing by, but just not doing anything about it. There are some dogs there for daycare and clients think that their dog is in group, but they stay in a kennel all day long. I've seen employees spray dogs with hoses and throw one into a kennel. A lot of dogs have gotten sick from being there, with diarrhea and suspected kennel cough. Has anyone gone there for a tour and they never invite you to tour the back of the facility where most of the kennels are? This is why. There have also been multiple instances about the manager making female employees feel uncomfortable. Employees have gone to management with their concerns about the state of the facility, and they fail to make any changes. Don't risk your dog's health by bringing it here.
