Trainer was lovely
I left my dog at K9 University Chicago for a week of training and daycare while I went home to New York over Thanksgiving. He was just a puppy, and when I picked him up, he had been well trained and everything seemed fine; however, it was apparent that blood had clearly been drawn at some point in time during his stay there, and no one noticed, made note, or notified me. It was on his nose - the black part - and I think it would have been very obvious that something had happened. As a dog owner, I fully expect things like this to happen where dogs get into a fight of some sort and blood is drawn, but I also fully expect it to be noticed and to not come home to pick up my dog and see that he had been hurt and nobody bothered to mention it. I paid thousands of dollars for daycare and training for a week, and I just expected more. I give K9 University Chicago one-star ratings across the board - except for my trainer - she was lovely.
