This was our first time using K9 University Chicago. One of our fosters had gone to K9 to work with a dog trainer. The dog stayed for a few days, and it was an overall good experience. The trainers are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. The staff I talked to over the phone were very courteous. I have never actually been inside the facility so don't know what it looks like, but based on the experience that I had, I would recommend them!
