I have been doing business with K9 University since they opened. I have taken multiple dogs there for many years. I take my dogs there for a shampoo, and for boarding, when I travel out of town.

They do a really good job of shampooing my chow, and they brush him properly, because his fur is always soft and silky when I pick him up.

Their pricing is on the high side, but my dog is always happy when I drop him off and when I pick him up. That tells me a lot, because animals will let you know. He sure doesn't act happy like that when we go to the vet.

My dog likes them, so I will continue to use them when I'm in Chicago.
