Workers were flexible with timing but needed to come back several times
Overall our experience with Vito Services was OK but not great. I like that they were able to get out here whenever we had any emergency issues, even on a day before a weekend. Unfortunately, however, we have had to service one of our AC units at least once a month for the past 4-6 months. It's a different issue every time and it seems like maybe some of these issues could have been avoided.
As far as the price I would say it is kind of in the middle. It's not too expensive, but we
wouldn't have had to pay for extra service if there had been more preventative checking done on our AC unit.
