We use Vito Services quite often as one of our main vendors for plumbing and HVAC, and they are very responsive, very professional, and do good work from what we can see. We call them whenever we have a problem with the plumbing or HVAC at the properties we manage--and we manage about 150 individually owned condominiums, townhouses and single-family properties in Montgomery County. Sometimes during the busy season they get very booked up and the scheduling is difficult, and that's the only negative I've encountered. Occasionally, they are just too booked and can't help us, and that's why I give them four stars instead of five.
