Vito Services has been doing work for our facility for a while. I recently had them send a technician out to handle a leak that was coming from the floor upstairs. It was dripping down in front of a resident's doorway. The tech did all that he could to assess the issue. He applied caulking around the area that he thought the leak was coming from. After a while, he realized that it was not the cause of the leak. The tech explained what we needed and made his recommendations. The issue was probably not plumbing related after all. I am going to have to get a concrete specialist out here and see if that will remedy the problem. Vito Services is very good to work with and I definitely will be using them again. I highly recommend them!
