We are repeat customers of Vito Services. We have this recurring problem that the building owner says is not something that can be fixed. We just have to put up with it. There is this one particular sink that keeps backing up, and has to be snaked out. We keep a pan under the sink because when it backs up, it leaks onto the office downstairs from us. Vito Services is the plumber we call to fix this problem when it occurs.

The last time this happened, we called Vito Services and they came right out and fixed it, like they always do. Their workers are always timely, and show up when scheduled. And, they are clean, polite, courteous, and never leave any kind of mess behind. The last few times the same service person has come out, which makes it nice because he already knows the place, and the problem, and can fix it quickly.

One thing that really sticks out in my mind as going above and beyond, is that when the service man came out this last time, there was another old pipe that had rusted out, and had broken off. He went out and got the part, came back, and repaired it on the same visit, even though it was not scheduled. I really appreciated that!
