I felt we were in great hands when I met Leon at our front door and he greeted me with a smile and firm handshake and, after entering our home, he immediately put shoe covers over his shoes to protect our home.

Leon began his work process by listening to my description of how our furnace was performing after which he checked out some parts inside the furnace.

After a few minutes, he explained the possible causes, brought more equipment from his truck, ran a few tests and identified the cause, which he fixed immediately.

Prior to putting our furnace back together, Leon vacuumed the inside of the furnace and cleaned other parts he removed during his analysis.

Overall, Leon did a totally professional job. We are very pleased.

Also, Tracy and Abigail were very helpful in setting up our appointment with Leon.
