Golden Heart Chem-Dry is fabulous. Robert is very thorough, he is cheerful and he's easy to be around--and he does a darn good job and never whines about the mess. His price is outstanding and completely competitive, so there you have it. I had him clean the carpets in my daughter's house because she has allergies. I wouldn't go anywhere else and don't go anywhere else. We have four dogs, two cats, and two hardworking people that are always bringing dirt in.

Actually, the rug company I bought an expensive rug from requires I steam clean the rugs, so I do it when they tell me I have to. Robert does the chemical dry and I like that because it dries much faster and it seems to do a much better job getting smells and stains out. The last time Robert cleaned he did the entire upstairs and all the throw rugs downstairs. He's allergic to wool but he cleaned one of the oriental rugs downstairs--so, yes, he is fabulous.
