We were told to return the item we had purchased, since something was wrong with it. Beams Music Studio said they would take care of it for free. We were there when they said that we didn't have to pay for them to fix the instrument. But then they said we would have to pay, since they'd never done that procedure. So they didn't follow through with their policy. This was our first time using them.
