We had a ukulele that was broken and we brought it to Beams to see if there was still a warranty on it so we could get it replaced. He said that yes there was and that he'd replace it in 3-4 days. It ended up taking somewhere between 1-2 months. Every time we called they pushed us off, and it was only after I called somewhere between 5-10 times that we got some answers and finally got it back. If he would have told us in the beginning that it would take that long it would have been fine, but we had to chase them for it. We'll go somewhere else next time.
