I am having mixed feelings about Beams Music Studio. I brought my grandson's instrument to them back in August and they still have it because they're having trouble finding the part for it that needs to be replaced. I've had to call them several times. They had several that didn't fit, and it seems they still haven't been able to find the right one. They did give me a loaner free of charge so my grandson has an instrument to play until they fix it, which is fantastic. They're friendly, but I still don't have my instrument and I haven't gotten a price yet because they haven't been able to do the repair.
