If you need something from the people over at Beams Music Studio and they do not have it in stock, don't bother having them order it, just go somewhere else. I needed a certain reed for my daughter's clarinet and they did not have it in stock. The woman over the counter said she would order it for me and that I could come pick it up in a couple of days. I paid for the order and then waited about 2 weeks and they did not call. I went back in there and they told me there had been a mistake and that they would fix it and that the owner would call me tonight to apologize and tell me when I could come by and pick up the reed. Like the first time I heard nothing for another couple of weeks. I sent a particularly nasty email to them telling them to give me my money back and wouldn't you know it a couple of days after that they called to say my reed had come in. Something that should have taken a few days ended up taking over six weeks. Not a good experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.
