Beams Music Studio is very conveniently located near my home. I had ordered a special part for an instrument and their customer service associates told me that it will take about 3-4 days to arrive. Well, it took about 2 weeks - and I had to call down there inquiring about the ordered part. At first, the associates told me that it wasn't in the store yet, and then later said that in fact it was. Moreover, when I went into the store to order the part it wasn't busy and I still had to wait a very long time to get any service. So, due to my experience with the company showcasing poor customer service and failure to making me feel comfortable I will no longer support the company. I'd rather drive somewhere else far to get what I need instead of patronizing them again.
