We have used Coit services for years, but this year the service was deficient in many areas. Computer request for service went a week without answer. Pick up was fine, but charges were outrageously high this year compared to other years on the same carpets and drapes. Delivery and set up went ok but the coordination at the company between drivers and staff seems to be lacking.
