When I called to schedule the appointment, i spoke to your Portland CS Rep and told her very clearly that my basement got flooded and I needed my carpet to be checked for any fungus and need cleaning of my carpet to remove it with chemicals, she said they could get it done. she did not tell me that their Portland Franchise does not do testing for fungus or chemical cleaning or Restoration. she confirmed that they will do all the above so i scheduled the appointment. but the Cleaning specialist when he arrived was very sincere, he told me that the Portland franchise do not test the carpet nor do they do any chemical cleaning. since he was already there, i let him shampoo my carpet. but it was a waste of time and money for me. Had I known they are not authorized to do the chemical cleaning, I would have not scheduled the appointment and would have contacted another company to do it. In future please do not blind side any customers and be honest with them about the services you can provide and can not .
