The person that I made the appointment with was friendly and professional. I was given the date and time that I requested. My schedule changed and I was able to move up my scheduled time. No problem!
I was kept updated regarding the arrival time of the technician. My tech, Singh preceded my arrival and let himself into the house per instructions. By the time that I was able to arrive he had assessed the situation, provided me with a fair quote and began preparing his equipment. Singh was courteous, professional and talented. The carpet of this three bedroom rental home was extremely soiled.
When I viewed the finished job a few hours later I was shocked at how clean it was. My expectations were exceeded.
