I set up an appointment online for an estimate and cleaning on the same day for carpets and stone cleaning (for a bathroom). I got called the day before and told they were having trouble with their internet provider and had been double booked so had to reschedule me. I rescheduled. When the service provider came he was very knowledgeable and did a great job with the carpets. He had no idea how to give an estimate for the stone cleaning and had to spend 20 min on the phone with someone to figure it out. He was also not prepared to do a cleaning and I had to call and reschedule (again). He said they'd thought I wouldn't want the service so sent the truck elsewhere. He did a great job on the carpet so I called and set up another appointment for the stone cleaning. It was for 9-11am. They called a confirmation in for 2-4pm. One time rescheduling is forgivable. Two is not great, but maybe they were having a bad week. Three is just really bad customer service.
