Plumbing problems are never welcome but the Turner team from the beginning took good care of me. The person answering the phone, Jennifer ( I think her name), did a great job accommodating my requests. Brian and Scoot came out after the initial assessment was done to determine the plan. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after the job. My crawl space was closed up well. That meant a lot to me to keep the critters out. My questions/concerns about the bill were explained and handled with professionalism. Thank you for the great job to the end :)
