I had a toilet that wasn’t sitting perfect to the ground and had a slight wobble to it. I made the appointment easily, and the technician showed up right on time, and got straight to work. I thought just resealing the toilet to the floor would have worked, but I’m glad I called in a professional. One of the plastic off-set mounting flanges on the floor had broken. This was the cause for the wobble. A new anchor was installed, and the toilet was sealed to repair ground and grout around the base. It looks great, and is extra sturdy now. Thank you!
