Diagnosis of lack of hot water in a home shower, and a pluged sink
We've always requested Mac because of his positive attitude, always cleans up the debris / clutter. He explains what he will be doing, understandably.
We have a long home, and have a closed system hot water recirculating pump, with a timer, to conserve hot water waste.
He diagnosed an inline valve malfunction, and repaired it.
