Spent over $800.00 for new shower head & faucet, vanity and toilet placed in guest bathroom. Recently had guests stay and after a week of use shower faucet started leaking. Turner sent plumber over and stated part inside wall was cracked. Part needed to be ordered for $84.00. This is totally understandable, however they also wanted to charge for labor even though they were the original installers. Very disappointed with customer service and their unwillingness to correct the problem that there installers created.
