Hartz Heating & Cooling Inc. has always done excellent work for me! This was not my first time using their services. I have been using Hartz for quite some time now. I continue using them because they are honest, trustworthy and they have great customer service! The technicians are always prompt, polite and professional. They are respectful of my home and courteous. When there is a problem they are able to assess the problem quickly and efficiently. They then take the time to explain their findings to me as well as letting me know what they can do to fix it. They also take the time to answer any questions I have for them. Over the years they have replaced my whole HVAC system. I highly recommend them! 100%!!
