Hartz Heating & Cooling Inc. has always done a great job for us. This was not our first time using their services. They came out recently to replace our air conditioning unit. The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. They are respectful of our home and very courteous. They are able to assess the unit quickly for any problems then they take the time to explain their findings from the assessment to us.
