Hartz Heating & Cooling Inc. did a really good job for me. This was my first time using them. My boyfriend has used them so when I was having problems with my air conditioner he said I should call them. I was at work when they came out but they were able to do the assessment of the unit from outside. They called me and went over their assessment and let me know the options of what they could do for me. I had them put coolant in it and everything seems to be working fine now. He explained everything very well and took the time to answer my questions. He was friendly and courteous and respectful. Their pricing was reasonable. I felt they were honest. They did not try to sell me other things that I did not need nor did they say that my unit had more problems which it did not. They did good work and they seem to be reliable so I would absolutely recommend them. So, if you need work done on your air conditioner do not hesitate to call Hartz Heating & Cooling Inc.!
