We've been using Hartz Heating & Cooling Inc. for routine Spring an Autumn service for four or five years now. There have been a couple times where we've had issues with our system and they were very responsive. Most recently we had our AC go out. They made room in their schedule to come out promptly and put a new unit in for a very great price. I feel both that they know what they're doing and they're honest with their customers. They don't fix things that don't need to be fixed and what they do fix they do at a reasonable price.
