I have been at MorningStar Senior Living of Sparks for about two and half years. As compared to other facilities of this type in the area, when I came here I had acquired a larger apartment with more sq footage and with a complete kitchen. It was also at a price slightly below the competition. So I can say I got more and paid less. The staff are nice and provide good customer care. Nothing is perfect, but I have no serious complaints here. One thing MorningStar does as part of your monthly fee is, you automatically get television, wifi, and telephone service, it's included. In a lot of the other places, some of those services are included but most you have to get on your own. So that is good. However, the wifi was perfect the first year but I have been complaining about it the past nine months. It's not working properly. In terms of food, most of us are putting on weight, so that tells you something.
